Originally established as the Colony of Olivenhain in 1884 by a group of German immigrants, Olivenhain is considered a part of the City of Encinitas, located on its far eastern edge and is home to a wide variety of property sizes, homes, small ranchettes and other enviable estates while boasting a very “rural vibe.” Membership to the quaint, authentically restored Meeting Hall is available, and its community hosts a diverse assortment of activities throughout the calendar year.
